Machiko was born in Niigata, Japan, two years after the end of World War II. Soon after she was born, she and her family moved to Hokkaido, the northern region of Japan where it snows a lot. As a child, she was able to enjoy a lot of skiing. Throughout her life, she worked as a nurse, an accountant, and a Japanese tutor. Machiko is most proud of raising her three children and watching them grow up with good health. Although child rearing was not easy, it has been the most rewarding for her.
My personal philosophy is to take the time to make good friends. If you have a good relationship with good friends, then they can help you when you need it most.
I would like to share with the younger generation that mistakes are not always so bad. Everything is always a learning process, and you will learn from your mistakes and move forward.
